You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held about you. If you become aware that information in your aajl account is incorrect, you may update it in Account Settings or contact support.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and where no overriding legal retention obligation applies. This right cannot be exercised in respect of data we are legally required to retain under PAGCOR or AMLA requirements.
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of aajl's legitimate interests, including profiling for responsible gaming monitoring purposes, where you believe such processing disproportionately affects your rights.

12.1 The aajl Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above, as required by PAGCOR regulations. aajl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
12.2 If aajl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 — whether through a misrepresented account or otherwise — aajl will immediately close the relevant account, retain only the data required by applicable regulatory obligations regarding underage gambling, and securely delete all other data pertaining to that individual.
12.3 Suspected underage gambling on the aajl Platform will be reported to PAGCOR in accordance with aajl's regulatory obligations.

13.1 The aajl Platform is operated primarily in the Philippines for Philippine Players. However, certain third-party service providers — including game studios, cloud infrastructure providers, and identity verification services — may be located outside the Philippines.
