3.4 One Account Policy. Each individual natural person may hold only one active Account with aajl. The existence of duplicate Accounts is a breach of these Terms. aajl reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to retain any balance therein pending investigation.
3.5 Registration Accuracy. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration. aajl is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration details, including misdelivered payments resulting from an incorrect account number provided for withdrawals.
21+ Requirement: Registering for an aajl Account when you are under 21 years of age is a violation of Philippine law and these Terms. aajl will report suspected underage gambling to PAGCOR as required.
4.1 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aajl Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. aajl will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You agree to notify aajl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.2 Account Activity Responsibility. All activity on your aajl Account — including deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and personal data changes — is your responsibility unless you have previously notified aajl of actual or suspected unauthorised access in accordance with clause 4.1. aajl accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access attributable to the Player's failure to safeguard their credentials.
4.3 Account Dormancy. An Account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. aajl may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Where the balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in and contacting support.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your aajl Account at any time by contacting aajl support via live chat. Prior to closure, you must withdraw your Real Money Balance. aajl will process the closure within five (5) business days of receiving the request, subject to verification of any outstanding wagering or withdrawal conditions.
4.5 Account Suspension or Closure by aajl. aajl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where: (a) a Player is found to have provided false registration information; (b) Prohibited Activity is detected; (c) the Account is linked to fraudulent transactions or money laundering activity; or (d) regulatory requirements mandate such action. In the event of suspension due to investigation, aajl will communicate the status to the Player where legally permissible.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. aajl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. aajl does not accept payments from third-party accounts not registered in the Player's name.
5.2 Deposit Minimums and Processing. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within seconds of submission. Bank transfer deposits via BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are subject to standard banking processing hours. aajl is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider.
5.3 Currency. All deposits are credited to the Account in Philippine Peso (PHP). aajl does not apply currency conversion fees. The exact PHP amount deposited is the amount credited.
5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to available balance after any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met. Players whose identity verification is incomplete are not eligible to withdraw.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. aajl processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya on a near-real-time basis under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. aajl reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures for withdrawals above ₱100,000 per transaction, which may extend processing times.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. aajl is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. aajl may request supporting documentation for any transaction where the source of funds cannot be established. Failure to provide required documentation will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and notification to relevant authorities where required by law.
5.7 No Withdrawal of Bonus Balance. Bonus credits, free bet credits, and any other promotional balance items may not be withdrawn as cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full. Winnings generated from Bonus Balance play that meet wagering requirements become part of the Real Money Balance and are withdrawable.
6.1 aajl may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins credits, referral bonuses, and other promotional incentives to Players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this Section 6.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, a minimum wagering requirement applies to all bonus credits before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type will be specified in each promotion's terms. 7.2 Random Number Generation. All digital games on aajl that are not live dealer games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by the respective game studios. 8.1 The following activities are expressly prohibited on the aajl Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to applicable regulatory or law enforcement authorities:
Suspected money laundering or financial crime activity detected on aajl will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing regulations.
9.1 The aajl Platform, including its design, layout, text content, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and all other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content are owned by aajl or are used under license from third parties.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

11.2 Deposit and Loss Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. 12.2 aajl is not liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; (b) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from the Player's failure to safeguard their Account credentials; (d) losses caused by events outside aajl's reasonable control, including network failures, internet disruptions, or acts of third-party service providers; or (e) losses arising from the Player's reliance on game outcome predictions, betting strategies, or third-party advisory content.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits aajl's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.4 The Platform and all games are provided on an "as is" basis. aajl makes no representation that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times, and excludes all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13.1 aajl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For material amendments — those that materially affect Player rights or obligations — aajl will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by publishing a notice on the Platform and, where the Player has enabled email notifications, by sending a notification to the Player's registered email address.
13.2 For non-material amendments — such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or updates required by regulatory changes taking immediate effect — aajl may update these Terms without advance notice, and the amendment will take effect upon publication.
13.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw any available balance.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and aajl, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally. 14.3 Formal Dispute. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being raised, the dispute may be submitted to the appropriate regulatory authority or referred to the proper courts of the Philippines. For gaming disputes specifically, Players may raise a complaint with PAGCOR under its applicable complaint resolution procedures.
14.4 No Class Action. You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
